Cheyanne has been my coach for a little over 100 days. I've learned you don't have to be 100% all the time - it's okay to have a bad day, as long as you keep striving on. Before now I was an all or nothing person and it would burn me out. Over the past few months I've learned how to make the lifestyle changes needed to perform better on and off the bike. I feel truly blessed that I was referred to Cheyanne. She's made me feel like I can do anything and that I'm part of a family.
